You can do that but why would you ?.... Search for the real cause for 
that problem and fix it. You might have a short somewhere draining 
the battery down.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
