'Ello kiddies.
I've had a 240 for a coupla years now and still don't know how to run 
the sequencer. Not that its any big deal....wouldn't normally use it 
anyway, but I'm curious to see if it functions.

BTW...the guy who just replaced the NiCd battery with a lithium is 
asking for trouble. Lithium batteries cannot be recharged and the 
unit will be attempting to recharge it with pwr on. Eventually it 
will heat up and explode all over the place. You need a series diode 
in the battery circuit to prevent this from happening.
Those who have not had the NiCd battery replaced will be sorry if not 
done immediately, and still there is likely to be damage to the pcb. 
The corrosive gas that leaks from these batteries is not detectable, 
and is heavy, so straight down the pcb it goes and begins the 
reaction with the metals in/on the board which will not stop until 
the acid is neutralized.

Does anyone have the service manual for the 240? Thought I'd check 
here first before I track one down. Mine has a couple issues, minor, 
but still.....not quite 100%.
