Epson class action suit

Epson class action suit

2006-05-10 by Robert Hedan

CRAP! I just read the fine print:

The "Settlement Class" certified by the Court for settlement
purposes is defined as all
persons, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations or any
other entities located
within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, on or
after April 8, 1999
and through May 8, 2006: (i) purchased, leased or otherwise received
any Epson inkjet
	printer

That sucks, I'm excluded out here in Canada.

Chris, I'll email you my printer numbers. You might as well cash in those
E-rebates since I can't.

Robert

Ahh, that explains the mystery Email I received :-)

Got it, if I have time I will take care of it.

Chris
