I have used a cheap paper cutter purchased from one of the office supply stores. It probably is not the best idea for keeping it sharp since the glass fibers in G10 are quite abrasive, but since I don't cut very many boards or paper with it, it has lasted for several years. The one in the video almost looked homemade, at least the cutting bar did.
