You can expect a layer of tin around 0.0003 to 0.0004 of an inch in thickness depending on the temperature of the tinning bath, how long the pcb is in the tinning bath and how clean the board (And tinning environment is...). Always clean and degrease the board prior to tinning. Make sure the tinning environment is clean (Whatever you have the solution in...) and the temperature of the tinning bath is reasonable.
