I don't.  Use CuCl and regenerate it.

Any tiny bits of etchant I rinse off the board are so diluted by the
torrent of water that it doesn't really matter what happens to them.
They go into the perimeter drain, and eventually end up out in the
woods, where I assume (hope) they're doing their part to keep the weeds
away from the end of the drain pipe, if they do anything at all.
