I had made a comment on the product on youtube, it wasn't positive so.... I got BANNED by the company...! They don't seem to like negative comments from people that really know the sound of the machine... They censored my comment while they opened their youtube page for comments

Hi Elan. The IIX will start and sync from SMPTE. Just define the start point on (for example) RS, preferably a few seconds in, so the CMI has time to lock up. If you select "chase", RS will pick up where ever you drop in, so for example half way through a song it will find itself
