Hello Jean-Bernard, It is true that looking for bargains on e-bay is a bit contradictory. However, if someone is unaware of the Fairlight list, a likely place to find a Fairlight is a forum or e-bay. Some sellers may have decent intentions, some may not. We now have, thanks to a reader of this forum who also follows e-bay, an example of a very strange situation. We still do not know for certain that the New York seller is a scam. His ad may have been copied by the person saying it is in London, although the latter says to be registered in France and did so yesterday with zero feedback. We'll find out. Best regards, Harald. By Altavista: "Definitely too stupid the users ebay of this list... Fairlight! It is on by saying all the world has that there are supers bargains on ebay... the prices go flame! it is anything... the proof the last IIX which left has 3050 USS whereas this same salesman bought two years ago for 2600 USS on ebay... anything! it is not thanks to the Fairlight list that one will be able to make good bargain! bye!" > Ha ! > > bye ! > > JB
