Fairlight-CMI

I'm curious, are there any Waveframe 1000 or Synclavier 9600 users on this
list?

I'm a Waveframe user and have been lurking here for a while.  My setup has 2
sampling cards, 1 dsp module, 8 tracks of disk recording, 2 output boards (8
analog outs and 8 AES/EBU per board) and the 8 analog input board.  

I've been toying with the idea of adding a Fairlight series III to my rig and
was wondering if anyone here could compare/contrast these systems.  I have
used a Synclavier 9600 so some info on how the Series III compares to the 9600
would also be useful.
