> Monthly sign up opens on the first of the month. There is an announcement for that sign up.
> The participation list closes on the 15 of the month no matter how many ar signed up.  There are full time participants and sign up is on a first come basis for remaining slots.
> Prints need to be sent by the first of the month of the exchange to a repackager volunteer for distribution by the 15th of the month.  The 15th is a hard deadline.
