Let me clarify...

without color controls, cyan prints with lines, and lighter gray than
it should be.

with color controls it prints perfectly compared to your cc.jpg on my
monitor.

So is it my workflow?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
