Paul, It appears you are as dedicated to the board as I hope to be some day! Thanks for the tip. I've started with both BW and color files in all sorts of profiles (sRGB IEC...mostly). I converted both to adobe rgb 98 with gamma 2.2 before applying curve, then printing. No color corrections in printing, so no gamma to pick in printing. When I start with other files, they are usually in rgb and I have to convert to BW. I've done this mainly by image>adjustments>color mixer>monochrome + % R, G or B. Is this correct? I don't add any Hue/saturation at this point. My BO printing was very neutral, and easily cool. I added the other 5 cartridge UT2 inks and can't get rid of sepia...that's why I thought it was just a matter of purging ink from the system. But after some head cleans and 30 pics?
