Digital BW, The Print

I just tried Museo II, 250 gsm. for the first time in my relatively
new 2400. For the most part, the paper will not feed from the rear feeder.
(About 1 out of 6 times the paper will feed into the printer)

I'm wondering what settings those of you who have tried Museo II in a
2400 use? 
What paper do you set the media type for in the driver? 
Should I be using the 'thick' setting for 250 GSM. paper? 
Should I be using the front single-sheet feeder?
 
 Basically, I'm not sure if there is a problem with my printer, the
settings or the paper itself. By the way, for media type I was trying
Enhanced Matte and then Heavyweight Matte. (BTW, Enhanced Matte paper
itself feeds just perfectly.)
