Once again, I have sent them multiple emails requesting an RMA for return of the kit. I'm not optimistic they will respond any better. They may not be going out of business but dealing with them is obviously problematic.
However, given the multiple alternative sources that are popping up (& Paul's 'way forward' reassurances), I'm feeling far better about going all in with carbon.
