Thanks for the info.

Made a new test with an almost linear profile and I'm hitting 1.66 with Eboni 1.1 on a 1430 on that paper.

Maybe I could get deeper blacks (?!?) but at the expense of getting also muddier "near black" tones.

Actually, the linear output is a good one so I can live with the DMax. As for retouching, it's quite easy but one must be aware of the drying time before judging.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
