Using that IJM link as a reference, I suspect that there are some misfiring nozzles. All the horizontal bars seem ok, but some of the vertical ones don't look quite right to me. But I think that there's something else going on as well, as some of the banding seems to have a regular pattern. I don't know what would cause that.
