I don't believe that InkJetMall has carts for the C88+ - they only sell carts for printers that can run the inkets they sell.
There was a post on the IJM forum in the past few days about the resetter itself getting jammed. Apparently you need to remove and reinsert the batteries. Never seen this myself, but I guess it can happen.
