Robert: I don't use Photoshop Elements, I use CS4, but I think they may be similar. For CS4, the instructions to load a curve are: "Open your image and convert it for black and white as you see fit, or open an existing black and white file that is ready to print. Change the image mode to RGB. Go to adjustments > curves and apply the preset curve RRAPG_neutral-2.acv. This will make your image very blue. This is normal." Note that in the curves panel there is a little icon that looks like a sheet of paper (sort of!). You need to click on this icon to open the drop downs where you can find the curve you placed in your folders. I think this misleads a lot of folks. Good luck.
