Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

A few months ago I started a Java software development project to link 
my DTX2 module to my PC using a midi interface. I got it to the stage 
that it works for me but I never finished packaging it for 
distribution.

At a basic level it provides a graphical version of DTXchange - but it 
then shows you the pad assignments and allows you to edit the kits on 
screen before sending it back to the kit or saving it to disk. You can 
also print out kit assignment which look similar to those in the 
manual.

As there are a larger number of DTXpress users out there than DTX2 
ones, and the formats of the SysEx messages differ considerably, I was 
wondering if someone out there would like to adapt my code for use by 
those in this group that are interested.

Any takers for the first Open Source DTX project - DTXport!
