Hey selfcase! I had that problem too the first time i tried to connect my dtx to a boombox, but the cord I was using was a mono cord. I don't know if a stero cable would have fixed the problem, but I would imagine it would have, are you sure its not a problem with the cord your using? Also, what about your headphones? Are they stereo headphones? Now a days I connect directly to my computer and play cds of off there.
