I know for certain that Alternate Mode has the manual; they sell it for $20. But if the lack of a manual holds up the sale in any way, shape, or form, assuming that you're happy with their other terms, I will find a way to get you a copy of my manual. I can easily believe that they've been short-staffed by the flu (my own family has been short-staffed by it), but unless these guys are the salt of the earth, I can't believe that they aren't following through with the KITI more quickly because they feel guilty about not having the manual or because they need a few more people in the store to complete the sale. It takes more energy to write a dilatory email than process a credit card order.
