Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Alternate Mode are at www.alternatemode.com. If that fails, Broadway 
Music Consignments in Nashville were advertising a PM-16 for $100, 
which is about right (1-800-4U2-PLAY). I've never used the PM-16, 
but other members of this group have, and do.
