The zenbals are are also available as Bow/Bell in the new ZBR dual zone pads. emf <liberatusvirus@...> wrote:--- In DTXpress@yahoogroups.com, contract731@c... wrote: > Are these recommended cymbals dual zone? > I am looking for the solution for ride/bell combination The Zenbals are stereo cymbals, like the Yamaha PCY"s" versions, which are triggered on bow and edge. If you want a bell instead of an edge, take a look at the dual-zone Visu-lites, which Pintech also handles now. They have excellent feel and response through the DTXpressI, provided that you have input 9/10 free (they are not switch-type stereo cymbals). By the way, Brian LaRue, who yesterday popped his head in here after his move to Calfornia to take a position with Taye Drums, was the head honcho at Pintech. Now he's free from all constraints on his valued opinions. Exploit him mercilessly! Good to have you back, Brian. Drop me a line.
