I resolved the ATtiny2313 programming issue and programmed a batch of 
them, so the kits are now ready to ship again.  I have cut and pasted 
the generic blurb below:

The LCD Support PCB/AVR kits are in stock. This new version A00 has the 
Ground/Power connection fixed for the Lumex LCD, so no cutting or wire 
swaps are necessary.  Price is $17.50 per kit USA/Canada, add $1.50 for 
International shipping.  Payment should be made through PayPal using my 
email address below.  Inquire for other payment methods.

The kit includes the hard to get black 2/56" screws, 2/56" washers, LCD 
Support PCB and programmed ATTiny2313 microcontroller. For those who 
haven't been following, the LCD Support kit provides an interface to a 
16x2 LCD for your CVS or PSIM, as well as a MIDI interface. Details 
including pictures, demos, bill of materials and build instructions are 
in the Yahoo groups CVS files section.
