the MOD wheel is all the way down.. im trying all the possible MIDI
setups... but the an1x is still giving off some type of signal and
effecting the sounds in the xl1 =(
is there a way to just kill the modulation effect i.e. remove it from
the MIDI system?
looks like imma have to drag that old casio piece of **** out of the
closet and use that for a MIDI controller...

>ok, heres the deal. the an1x transmits a bunch of data via MIDI out.You can turn off most of them. Either AN1xEdit or the "Ctrl" section on pages 95 and 96 of the Owner's Manual will allow you to change the MIDI CC# of the Mod Wheel, foot pedals, ribbon controller, and the programmable knobs. You can even set some or all of the above to Off. You cannot, however, change the Portamento switch.
