Jon,

Check out how to unsub this spammer. He's showed up on some other
groups I'm subscribed to.

Thanks...

Already done, thanks.

While we're on the subject, briefly, this is the second or third
time a recent innocuous subscription has resulted in Spam on this
list.

I'm uncertain if there has been a pattern to this, or if it's merely
conincidental. If anybody has any insight to share, please email me
offline with your suggestions, I'd like to keep these incidents to a
minimum without having to implement any manual screening process.

Regards,

Jon

What I do on my (effectively dead) Yahoo group, is have both
subscriptions and postings moderated. If someone, who's moderated, posts
an on-topic message, I switch him or her to non-moderated.
