I don't actually have an AN1x yet (although I might have been bidding on this one that has a problem) but most keyboard mechanisms in synths are connected to the scanning circuit or main board via a removable cable/connector. If you have any DIY desires, you can open the unit and see if the cable has become unseated or broken during shipping to ?France?
