Hello !
i think that the hardware scanning the keyboard has a problem , it is 
not only a bad key contact . I got the same kind of failure on my old 
Casio CZ but i 've fixed it , the multiplexing and scanning of the 
contacts is done with standard logic ICs . On an AN1X i don't know how 
this function is done ... and i don't want to know it too soon !! 
Because modern customer electronics often use hard to find custom ICs 
(i.e. : made only for Yamaha and not available in retail shops) .
Send it back to your dealer or look for someone to repair it .
