Hello Tony, a was looking at the User guide, it seems that you have to set your calculator in RPN mode and flag -117 must be set (this activate the soft menu). In your calculator press [MODE] [+/-] and [ENTER] then 117 [+/-] hold [ALPHA] and pres S F then [ENTER] and try again.
