whoops - forgot to cover the other stuff. Installation is a snap. Don uses keyed card edge connectors that mate to a power strip that runs down the length of the boat internally. - you CAN'T plug them in backwards. Some of the modules have internal ribbons connectors that mate with interface boards on the back of the boats - like the midi jack board on the 255 and the rear mounted output jacks on the 227, but that's also no problem. As far as mounting them - four screws and you're making music. It's all very personal, but I would think a 225 would be an necessity on a one boat system. As far as six VCOs - the internal bus on the 225 can only handle four, so you'd have a problem with remembering presets on two of them. But remember - all of the Buchla VCOs are dual. You buy four, you're getting eight. The 200's at cal Arts were humungus and they only had 5 dual VCOs. here a picture of one of them (in room B-303): http://www.barryschrader.com/dashboard/gallerytool/image.htm?00000007.jpg here's the other (in room B-304): http://www.buzzclick-music.com/mort.html
