I think so too. However....

LH:
Hopefully, everyone that has an opinion is speaking up. However, this is
VERY easy to resolve for both groups. Those that want to be able to
configure and those that want theirs "ready to use" configured as by Paul.

Like Dave or John suggested (sorry I can't tell them stooges apart) make a
5 U tall X 1 U wide multiple panel with 16 holes. Both "ready to roll" and
"ready to roll your own" go to the paint shop and get that beautiful black
paint job. 1/2 go to the silkscreen process and 1/2 do not. Those that
want multiples already laid out get the ones with the pretty while lines.
Those of use that would like to configure our own get pretty black (without
the white lines) and use the colored washers. Ta..da... Something for
everyone and no extra or duplicate work for Paul.

LH:
See, there we see different opinions (I love this list). The cool thing
about colored washers (similar to 940 colors) is that those that want them
can use them and those that don't can just not install them Another
solution that pleases both houses...

LH: I think this is one we can ALL agree on. Thanks Paul for a great
design and for listening.

LH: Man, my patchcord is getting stiff just thinking about more MOTM stuff.

LH: Me too actually. Even if I diy my own across the bottom 19" 1U panel
I still think I would have need for some 5X1 nirmal MOTM format ones.

Thanks for the GREAT discussion guys. I hope I did not mis-quote any of
you. Please tell Moe (Dave B) to stick two fingers in my eyes and slap me
on the back of the head if this "wise guy" got the credits wrong.
