An old ADA STD-1 is my first recommendation.
Many decent digital units out there; results vary (my Roland SDX-330 is
interesting for chorus). And for inexpensive find a used Rocktron Tsunami
stomp box. Very good. The old standby stomp box chorus is the T.C.
Electronic unit; not cheap though.
