The 822 goes BEFORE the 300. keyboard CV hooks to the 822. Then the 822
hooks to the 1-v-oct IN of the 300. No audio goes through the 822. It just
manipulates the control voltage.

Absolutely. ALL of the 300 control will remain unchanged.
