This is an excellent mic cable made by Canare specifically for balanced audio
connection. It utilizes four inner conductors that are woven around each
other and used in pairs. This configuration provides optimal noise
cancellation when used with differential inputs. I can't imagine it
providing any problems when used as a guitar cable, although ANY extremely
long cable will provide high-frequency rolloff when used with high-impedance
instruments pickups. Shouldn't sound any different than another cable of the
same length.
