Thanks for all the additional info. It certainly is a nice looking cabinet.
I love that look and am planning a very similar cabinet (but only 24 spaces
wide and 1/2 rack space taller for "Larry's magic bus" TM.

I think all my stuff came electrostatically charged from the manufacturer to
attract dust. :)

You're welcome. I found it to be great stuff and use it myself. I can get
several different types of the grey stuff. Mostly # 12, and # 14 with the
very thin and flexible insulation. I can also get some colored stuff (8
colors) which is about # 20 (maybe 18). I use the red, black, and white (I
wonder what for).
The good thing is it is all free. When we run cables at work, they leave
them long for termination. So, there are a lot of 6 to 10 foot scraps of
this stuff which are useless at work, but great for synth-diy projects. Any
one wanting some of it just ask. The bad part is, I just pick it up whan I
am on construction sites where wiring is being done. So, if you need it
"next week" I might not have exactly what you need on hand.
