Tek makes great scopes...something HP really has trouble doing! (It's the
reverse for logic analyzers IMO)
The 465 and 475 are well built scopes. The problem with them is they are
starting to get very old and when they break, it's gets more and more
difficult to get them fixed. I would ask a test equipment repair shop in
your area what typically goes (I think it's the power supply) and if THEY
think getting a 465 repaired is a problem.
If not, the $75 is a very good price. I just sold a 475 (200MHz) for $300
and the guy was happy to pay it.
