Grumpy Moe (at work on a gorgeous Saturday trying to work around a
crash on our software when run on a customer's weird version of
Windoze 98 Special Edition that nobody ever heard of, and the QA guy
can't remember what he did to the test machine to make it work, hence
we can't replicate the workaround. GRRRR. SNARL.)
