Well, the sequencer will have it's own power supply, probably (not a module,
a full 19" wide 2U
tall thing).

In general, multiple supplies need to have a common ground ∗only∗ at the
supplies. The 3-output
Power Ones are connected on the little pcb in the supply itself.

Now, if you had a +5V/GND module, you would run the wires to it, but ∗not∗
daisy-chain the
grounds.
