I do all of my own assembly for modules, but have found that John Kovac's
cables are high quality audio cables. He'll make them any size you want,
and you have choices of cable color and shrink tubing color for keeping
track of where the cables go. He uses Switchcraft plugs and delivery is
very fast. I've found that he can pretty much sell you a cable for about
