service from Wacky Kovacky. You might try there:

Mr. K will make cables to your specifications with color-coded heat-shrink
strain reliefs. Sometimes he even puts fun little items in the shipping

I've made cables in the past and found it to be a whole lotta No Fun. So for
what he's asking, I buy from him. I love DIY, but I have to pick my battles
these days! ;)
