Nope, that's what I said. I used to have a system that I built, using Emu's
encapsulated submodules. It contained 4 VCOs. The Emu oscillators have a
front panel jack for hard sync input, and a 3 position toggle switch for
soft sync - Sync 1, Off, Sync 2. The ribbon cables that carry power and
keyboard CVs and gates also carried the soft sync 1 and 2 busses. Any 2 or
more VCOs that had their switches set to the same sync position would lock
together with no beating. Octaves, fifths, tenths, basically any interval in
the overtone series would sync.
