Subject: Another user from NY (brooklyn)

From: "Peter Lopatin" <re95@...>

Hi I'm Peter live in Brooklyn (GreenPoint)
Looks like I'm another new member on the board.
So far I have 900, 800 and 420. I don't know,
can I call 900 a module? eh-heh . I guess if
it were a cheap hummy power supply it would pass
as a 50/60Hz LFO , then I would definitely call
it a module !! AHHHHH-aha
And waiting for coupla more modules ,on backorder.
Another funny thing, I don't even have a "good"
sodering iron like Weller and such. I have a
cheap ($5) Radioshack 35W iron. I did all the
kits with it (other kits from PAIA as well).
And didn't have any problems whatsoever.
I generally try to buy expencive tools and
just happened to have this iron from awhile back.
So I wondered if all of you mostly use hi end tools
or just like - as long as it gets the job done?

Well, this was my "foreword" to the forum.

PS. Thanks Paul for reminding me of the link
to this site.
