i know this has been covered before so bear with me please.

would someone be so kind as to provide the catalogue number for the allen (?)
strange book? i thought i'd seen it mentioned that it has been reprinted a
while back. i went to a book shop yesterday here in new york and they had no
listing of it being in print on their computer. i'd really like to get a copy
so any help would be greatly appreciated.
