Yep--I have 2 of the Midi-CV convertors, the Funk-a-Duck envelope filterand the MS20 filter clone. They all are great, although I have to say Iprefer the MOTM MS20 filter because it is a lot more patchable. Both ofmy pedals sound great, though, and the Funk-a-Duck is a pretty seriousstand-alone sound mangling device, kinda like a poor man's Sherman. Myfavorite thing about the midi-cv convertors is that they use dipswitchesfor their configuration settings. I know this is ∗really∗ low-tech, butit fits well with the way I work.
I ordered mine directly from Paul Perry at Frostwave, but you can alsoget pretty good deals and quick shipping on them from www.gaspedal.com(which I highly recommend as a new effects dealer).
Check the aharchives (http://www.midiwall.com/aharchives/) for morein-depth reviews. I know Robbi Kultbox was pretty hot on the stompboxesand posted some pretty good reviews last year--he was talking about playinga show with just a Frostwave Filter pedal and an Eventide Harmonizer...

PS--Paul's a great guy, too.

Does anyone have any experience with the Frostwaveproducts, particularly the
four channel MIDI-CV converter?  Certainly not a Kenton, butcheap and
interesting.  Their stomp boxes look intruiging too (sortof low-price
Australian versions of Lovetone products).
