Sorry I wasn't more clear. Cage did say something like, (though I forget
where) "if something is boring after ten minutes, then repeat it for twenty
and you'll find something interesting. If you don't, then repeat it for forty
and eventually something interesting will come out."
John Barlow said, "make a career out of it, and your Philip Glass."
Gotta watch the use of that quote within a quote (double quote means
something someone said, single quote within a double means someone said that
someone said -- in the UK this is reversed).
I can attest to Cage's strong opinions as well, and actually Glass seemed
like a very amicable guy (and I have to admit I've got a few of his records
and have seen him live as well).
