320 LFO, I want to make sure that the 5V out from the midi-cv won't fry the
sync input. If so, will the wave reset on key press or key release?


The sync input on the '320 is active when the voltage is greater than +3V.
So yes,
a GATE out will hold it in reset ∗as long as the GATE is active!∗.

This is not what you want :) Rather, you need a ∗trigger pulse∗ output to
sync the '320.
