hello all,
since everyone is likely to be quiet over the weekend
i'll give this a try - please excuse some of the stupid questions, but i do
find they can help (even in a huge professional studio, stuff like "are you
sure it's switched on?" have an effect)
anyway...

so the noise is created by the input section of the filter
what happens when you adjust the input attenuators - can you tie it down to
one input only..?
what happens when you adjust the resonance control - does that affect the
noise level..?
is the noise pure white noise (like what comes out of the MOTM100) or is it
a rough modulating noise..?
the module isn't now two spaces closer to an ambient noise source is it..?
(ie huge power supply / computer monitor / radio transmitter / ufo)

that's all i can think of for the time being - hope it helps
cheers
