These wouldn't be the ones Paul is currently using for the rack rails, but
rather, something more like what I expect to be used for the cabinet rails.

That would surprise me. I have not found the 8/32s that Paul uses in
phillips head. However, they are common in hex or cap heads. Many stores
have those in 4/40, 6/32, 8/32, and 10/32. I have usually found them to be
around 49 cents each in singles.
