The 410's built in LFO does not have sync capabilities. However if you have
a 320, you should be able to sync it to the 606 trigger, and plug it in to
the 410 overriding the internal LFO.

The mysterious resistor just changes the audil input gain of the filter,
optimizing it for the weaker signals outside the MOTM system.
