Hi--
I got the lettering stuff from my local electronics store. No, I don't
mean Radio Shack! In Baltimore, we still have Baynesville Electronics.
The letters come on the back side of a sheet of what looks like wax
paper, translucent. You position the carrier paper over the panel with
the letter in the right location and rub on the front side - preferably
with something small- about the size of a ball-point pen, like the back
end of a tiny paint brush. The letter adheres to the panel surface when
you pull the sheet up. Getting them to align well can be difficult if
you are not of steady hand! (er, go back and look at the picture! ;-0
)
If you don't have a local shop that sells such things, you might want
to contact the manufacturer:
the product is
DRI-TRANSFER LETTERING, MarKit Jr.
from
Russell Industries, Inc.
3000 Lawson Blvd.
Oceanside, NY 11572
Hope this helps...
